Feel free to call in and we will discuss the particular property you want inspected, and we can give a price over the phone.

• Non-Homeowner Quote

  Some buyers are aware that the Roofing System of the home they want to buy is in need of repair. In this case, we would not recommend an Inspection Report. To save them money, we would suggest getting a simple quote for the roof repair or replacement needed. This fee can be used towards the actual work if the home is purchased. It is also beneficial in the negotiation process during the home buying process. **We highly suggest replacing the roof yourselves rather than having the seller do it. They could possibly choose poor quality materials, or worse, choose a poor quality contractor that doesn't follow local Windstorm code. No matter what, be sure that the roof is certified and given a WPI-8 certificate.

• Emergency Roof Tarping

  This service is used in order to prevent further interior damage when the Roofing System is leaking. It is important that the homeowner knows it is a temporary fix, and by installing a tarp onto the roof, it will be further penetrated and must be followed-up with a repair. These tarps start out at $350, and in most cases, your insurance company will reimburse you for the cost. For larger coverage, we use larger tarps, and the fee would increase. Our Roof Repair Technicians are able to give a more precise price in the field. If the price is not agreeable to you, we will not install the tarp and you will not be charged a fee.
